The Art Department was founded by Cindy Chinn in 1988. The company's name comes from the wide variety of services we offer.

Cindy's background is diverse to say the least. She was one of the earliest employees of Westwood Studios (a prominent Las Vegas video game designer). With them, she was the lead animator for the best selling Lion King Video Game (co-produced with Disney). She was also the Creative Director for the design team that produced many light and sound shows for the Fremont Street Experience (the world's largest video display).

But Cindy is not just a computer graphics guru, she started out as a student at the prestigious Academy of Art in San Francisco. She has developed a fantastic eye for color and "what works". From there, Cindy has proven herself time and again in sculpting, artistic finishes and many other mediums. She has also taught at the Art Institute of Las Vegas instructing courses in computer graphics and animation.
