What do with with a spare bedroom? Here's one example...

The "Music Room", complete with karaoke machine. There is a raised stage (where the closet used to be) to house the instruments & performers and the lower part of the walls are lined with old 45's. The walls and ceiling are a sponge finish. The brick is Z-Brick with drywall over it and broken away.
