The Art Department is the company formed by Cindy Chinn in 1988. Since then it has provided clients with professional creative services. The Art Department was established in Las Vegas, but now operates out of Chester Nebraksa in the School building. Cindy Chinn and Art Whitton are ready to help with any marketing materials, advertising and other creative services.
