February's Lamp Making Workshop was a great success with 6 new faces in the crowd.

It's always great to see what people come up with as they develop their designs using a wide variety of things. For instance, who but Scott would have thought to make a lamp out of an old toilet ball valve? Or Jean with her Butterfly House Lamp?

Everyone intently put their recycled lamp projects together.

"Ya put a dab of hot glue there and then quickly place it... BEFORE the glue cools off!"

The girls discuss why you shouldn't use gold foil doilies to cover a lamp shade... Scott is lost in his toilet ball.

Kyle and Alex got creative with the help of their dad, Brian Petersen, using plumbing pipe and fittings to make a couple of very functional tabletop pipe lamps.
