Castel Sant Angelo - Rome

Origianally built by Hadrian as a mausaleum for himself, the building and area served a totally different purpose while I was there. It hosted a multi-day celebration for the ruling party at the time and featured bands, films, food and drink. It was about 10 minutes from the hostel I stayed at, so it was a great way to end each night. Just one of the fun times to be had in Rome.
