Balzac by Rodin - Paris

If you like sculpture, then you are most likely a fan of the great Rodin. Most famous for sculpting "The Thinker", he was also responsible for a great many works of art that can be viewed at his former home and garden.

The museum is a little out of the way, but well work the short Metro ride and walk to view the magnificent pieces that are on display.

In the house, you will see such classics as "The Kiss" and "Hands". The multistory house offers a great selection of Rodin's work and will make anyone a diehard fan of his work.

Out in the garden, you'll see other great works like "Balzac" and "The Gates of Hell". If you go, make sure to spend some time looking over the "Gates" and you'll be amazed at the agony that can be expressing in this remarkable casting.

So make the effort to spend time visiting the home of one of the greatest sculptors of history.
