When you first arrive at Catalina Island from the ferries out of Los Angeles, one of the first buildings you'll see is the Casino. This is a great historic building from 1929. Inside, you'll find a great Art Deco theatre and a grand ballroom on the top level. Guided tours are available, but check with the times before you go.
